There is basement secure parking with 7 parking bays and plenty of off-street parking. Each unit has its own entrance. Penthouse and Villa both have two entrances each, access from Victoria Road, Bakoven and Camps Bay Drive, Camps Bay.

The Villa is our most spacious unit, 470m2 over two elegantly decorated contemporary levels with a vast 80m2 exclusive-use sun deck for summer BBQs and lazy afternoon gatherings. On the upper level, panoramic blue ocean views surround the 15m long terrace, leading onto the open plan entertainment area where whale and dolphin sightings are common. Elegant crystal chandeliers meet rich, luxurious wooden floors, whilst subtle textures and carefully selected decor choices create the perfect balance to harmonize with the delicate custom designs and artworks, all uniquely created by the owners themselves. 3 Luxury king-size bedrooms all sea facing leading onto a large sun-drenched deck, fitted with full en-suite bathrooms featuring a free-standing bath, rain shower, toilet & vanity facilities. A small additional separate 4th bedroom with a double bed, TV, en-suite shower & toilet (suitable for caregiver/teenager note this is a non-luxury room with no views, is also available. Luxury bedrooms are all fitted with the finest linen for ultimate comfort & air-conditioners. Large feature Log burning fireplace as well as 2 air-conditioners in the living room with heating facilities. The villa has an 8m solar-heated swimming pool, indoor and outdoor dining facilities.
