With 25 years of global experience in design and property, Berenice brings a rich and diverse background to her new role as a partner at Camps Bay Luxury Villas.
She spent ten formative years in Europe’s most inspiring cities—Rome, London, and most recently Paris—deepening her appreciation for global design, culture, and artistry.
An avid traveler, Berenice has explored diverse cultures, from Morocco, Tunisia, and Turkey to the remote islands of Sulawesi and Fiji. Coupled with her lifelong passion for interiors, architecture and design, these global experiences have shaped her path into the world of luxury real estate and bespoke renovations.
Over the years, she has transformed numerous high-end homes—from a London penthouse and Victorian houses in Sydney to luxury residences along Australia’s east coast—seamlessly aligning creative vision with practical execution.
Now, after 25 years abroad, she has returned to Cape Town, the city closest to her heart. At Camps Bay Luxury Villas, she channels her global experience into curating exceptional villas and offering guests a taste of inspired living in one of the world’s most beautiful destinations.

Born in Johannesburg in 1969, and raised in Cape Town, I have always carried a deep appreciation for the beauty and vibrancy of this incredible city. With a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours degree and a CIMA certification, my professional journey has been rooted in finance, spanning multiple countries and industries—from Cape Town and London to Uganda, the Middle East, China, Thailand, and Taiwan.
Over the years, I’ve also had the opportunity to work with renowned property firms such as Realty and Seeff, which ignited my passion for real estate. Today, I’m proud to bring this global perspective and business acumen to my new role as a business partner at Camps Bay Luxury Villas.

About the Founder
As an early achiever, Paula Brink made her mark in South African business in 1990’s and once she had accomplished what she set out to do, she turned her back on it all – to nourish her soul. That was 21 years ago and lead to the conception of Camps Bay Luxury Villas. Blending her knowledge of business with the beauty and tranquillity of Cape Town, Paula took her time building a business that was not about luxury accommodation, but rather about exceptional hosting. It was with this care and dedication that Camps Bay Luxury Villas soon became one of the industry leaders in one of the world’s most sort after destinations. Appreciated by Paula’s commercial and leisure clients alike, is her knowledge of the properties within her portfolio, but also the surrounds. This, coupled with two decades of sourcing and sorting ensures that all service providers from arrival to departure are the best the region has to offer.
