The property is located in a lovely, safe part of Cape Town, close to shops, restaurants and the famous Sea Point Promenade. It has an outside grill and is perfect for “al fresco” dining.

For stays longer than a week, owner will include a once a week clean; additional cleaning can be arranged on request for guest account. Kitchen is fully equipped with washer and dryer.
Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided on arrival.
