A sense of peace and serenity pervades the property,

One accesses the property via an elevator that comes up directly

property is for the garage. The first floor houses the bedrooms, and
the upper floor is the living area.

Take the elevator up to the upper floor and it opens up into a very
open and spacious living area. Long glass sliding doors can be
opened to create a fantastic indoor/outdoor area, and you can enjoy
the sound of waves breaking on Camps Bay beach, from the comfort of
your own home.
These glass doors can also be opened at the back of the property, on
to a small fern-fringed courtyard area, which enjoys plenty of
shade. Here you can enjoy the peace and quite in the shade, next to
an elegant Koi pond.
The upstairs living area is a large open plan area, and it comprises
of a kitchen (with a scullery that can be screened off), a large
lounge and an outdoor lounge and pool deck. A formal lounge with
incredible views and a small office both come off of this open plan
area. |

The kitchen is immaculately designed, and thoughtfully appointed,
and every need is catered for, whether you are a Cordon Bleu chef,
or you simply want to heat up leftovers.
The lounge has a large flat screen television, and the office has
access to broadband internet.
On the lower floor, each of the bedrooms in en-suite, and two enjoy
fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Apostles.
Each bedroom is very comfortable, and each has its own en-suite
bedroom with bath and shower. Each bedroom also opens up onto its
own private outdoor area.
